the food was excellent and set in beautiful locations. it felt lovely to have different areas to eat, so i did not always end up in the same seat. the hotel arranged taxis easily (i appreciated this a lot). the animals around the hotel.

The staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay. the gardens were perfectly kept, with ponds and quiet pathways. i found the gym adequate. It included a heavy-bag for workouts. the provided shuttle service to the town ran three times daily, a great convenience.
The location is a bit removed from the city center. Taxi rides cost about 20€ each way

I arrived hoping for a seamless experience, but the initial impression faltered. the check-in process was slow, and there seemed to be confusion regarding my reservation (despite confirming it twice beforehand). additionally, the minibar prices felt excessive. A small bottle of water cost nearly as much as it would at a local shop. the service during breakfast was inconsistent. sometimes attentive, sometimes seemingly understaffed, it felt very disorganized.
